Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, attendance, documentation, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Handle the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and working hours.
Address employee queries and coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, HR letters, and other employee documents.
Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.




Assist with payroll-related coordination and provide required attendance/employee information.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Ensure HR records and documents are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Assist management with other HR-related tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle employee information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and HR-related documentation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
