SEVEN DEGREE TECHNOLOGIES is looking for an experienced VMC Setter to join our team at Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara.

Responsibilities:
Set and operate VMC machines as per engineering drawings and job requirements.
Perform job setting, tool setting, work offset and tool offset corrections.
Read and understand engineering drawings and machining dimensions.
Set workpiece datum and ensure proper alignment.
Conduct first-piece inspection and maintain required dimensions.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
Perform program prove-out and make necessary offset corrections.
Monitor tool wear, cutting conditions and machining quality.
Maintain production quality and minimize rejection.
Follow machine safety and workplace discipline.

Requirements:




2–5 years of relevant VMC setting experience.
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Machinist preferred.
Valuable knowledge of VMC machining, tooling and offsets.
Basic knowledge of G-code/M-code.
Siemens/Mitsubishi controller experience preferred.
4th-axis experience will be an advantage.
