US IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. Candidates with 0–2 years of experience, including freshers with a robust interest in US IT recruitment, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen IT candidates for US-based requirements.
Use LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Work toward recruitment targets and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience in recruitment/US IT recruitment.
Freshers with solid communication skills and interest in recruitment can apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT recruitment and sourcing is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a US shift.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
