Drive sales and revenue growth for scaffolding products and rental services.
Develop new clients and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Identify current projects, contractors, builders, and infrastructure prospects.
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/annual targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Coordinate with Operations and Projects teams for timely execution and customer satisfaction.
Track sales pipeline, collections, and overall business performance.
Develop strategic partnerships and expand market presence.
Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and customer retention targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
