Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented DSA Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire customers, explain insurance products, and convert prospects into successful policy sales. The role involves regular customer interaction, follow-ups, and coordination throughout the policy process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate insurance leads.
Explain insurance plans, benefits, coverage, premiums, and policy terms clearly.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain the sales pipeline.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Collect and coordinate required customer documents for policy processing.
Coordinate with insurance companies/internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls,



follow-ups, and sales in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships and support renewal opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Previous experience in DSA, Insurance Sales, Banking, BFSI, Telesales, or Field Sales will be an advantage.
