Job Role

The role involves contacting customers over the phone and following up regarding their pending payments. Customer details and required data will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities
Make calls to customers using the data provided by the company.
Inform customers about their pending payments.
Politely follow up with customers and request them to explicit their outstanding payments.
Communicate payment-related details clearly to customers.
Maintain proper follow-up records and update the status of calls.
Handle customer queries related to pending payments professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
Valuable communication skills.
Must be able to communicate in Kannada and Hindi.
Basic English communication will be an advantage.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of customer calls.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
