Job Role:
We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive role. In this role, you will help our existing customers for their queries related to our software, accounting, and GST.
Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls from customers
Help customers with queries related to software, basic accounting, and GST
Provide transparent solutions & stay helpful on calls
Requirements / Who Can Apply:
Freshers or up to 3 years experience
Basic computer, accounting & GST knowledge
Valuable communication skills & comfortable talking to customers
