Hiring: DM Sales Executive

Experience: 6 months+ full-time experience OR 2+ years of genuine freelance/unofficial DM sales experience
Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month

We are looking for a DM Sales Executive who can convert leads and customer conversations into sales through Instagram, WhatsApp and other chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and chat
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
Follow up with interested and inactive leads
Convert conversations into qualified leads and sales
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers
Handle objections and answer customer questions professionally
Maintain basic lead/sales records and daily activity updates
Coordinate with the sales/operations team when required

Requirements




Minimum 6 months of relevant full-time DM/chat sales experience
OR 2+ years of genuine freelance/unofficial experience in DM-based selling
Hands-on experience selling through Instagram/WhatsApp/social media
Positive written and verbal communication
Solid convincing and follow-up skills
Comfortable with targets and sales conversations
Candidates from Instagram sales, WhatsApp sales, social media sales, lead conversion, inside sales or chat sales backgrounds are preferred

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
