ACCOUNTANT – COFFEE ROASTERY

Salary : ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounts and financial records of our growing coffee roastery.

The candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally and Zoho Books.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Reconcile bank accounts, UPI, card payments and other payment gateways.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Track outstanding payments and follow up where required.
Maintain records of green coffee bean purchases and packaging materials.
Maintain basic inventory records for green beans, roasted coffee and packaging.
Record roasting/production quantities and roasting loss.
Assist with basic product costing and margin calculations.
Maintain employee salary and expense records.
Prepare monthly sales and expense reports.
Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements.
Coordinate with the CA for GST,



TDS and other statutory requirements.
Maintain organised records of bills, invoices and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies in accounts, payments or inventory and report them to management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Mandatory:
Hands-on experience with Tally
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Basic knowledge of GST
Bank and ledger reconciliation
Accounts payable and receivable
Basic inventory accounting

EXPERIENCE
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in FMCG, food, café, restaurant, retail or manufacturing will be an advantage.
