Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
Troubleshoot and resolve Tally errors related to licenses, data, backup, synchronization, printing, and connectivity.
Manage Tally data backup, restore, and data security processes.
Provide user support for Tally accounting and inventory-related issues.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.
Configure email accounts, antivirus software, and system security settings.
Maintain IT asset records and software licenses.
Coordinate with Tally vendors and service providers for issue resolution and upgrades.
Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems and applications.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
