Profile: Accounts Coordinator

Location: Faridabad

Job Responsibilities
Record Auditor/IP bills, sales invoices, vendor invoices, and receipts in Tally; update payment trackers; ensure timely posting and accurate bookkeeping.
Timely Recovery of pending payments and due clearance.
Reconcile multiple bank accounts, maintain cheque entries, manage payment processing, and handle online payments (Tender/Insurance/Investments).
Maintain well-organized physical and digital accounting files, ledgers, and documentation for audits, statutory checks, and internal reviews.
Support quarterly audits, reconciliations, monthly petrol vs. KM reports, KYC updates, and compliance-related tasks.
Conduct field activities including CA visits, bank work, DD/BG issuance, cheque deposits, and assist HR with infrastructure purchases and basic admin tasks.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, send balance confirmation emails, and support tender-related payment tracking.
Verify staff conveyance, travel bills,



and challans; maintain petty cash records and ensure timely settlements.
Assist in preparing basic MIS reports, monthly expense summaries, and tracking major expenses for management review.
Provide support in vendor coordination, ensuring timely invoice collection, verification, and payment scheduling.

Competency Requirements
B.Com / BBA graduate with basic accounting knowledge.
Familiarity with Tally ERP9/Prime and MS Excel.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping (training/internship preferred).
Valuable communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Proactive, organized, and willing to handle field visits when required.
Ability to coordinate with CA/CS teams and support routine accounting tasks.
Exposure to ROC/MSME/NSIC or international clients is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
