We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-orientated freshers to join our International Voice Process team as junior process associates. Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer queries while maintaining excellent customer service.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, wherever applicable.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Learn and effectively use process-related tools and applications.
Meet individual and team productivity, quality,



and performance targets.
Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with team members to achieve process objectives.

Eligibility & Skills
Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service-orientated approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts.
Comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
