Job Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, equipment and utilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Execute preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Identify recurring equipment issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor equipment performance and support improvement in machine reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with the Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.
Maintain proper records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and spare parts usage.
Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and as per required standards.
Candidate Profile
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of relevant experience in plant/machine maintenance
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a manufacturing/industrial setting
Valuable coordination and communication skills
