Job Title: Communication Trainer

Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities
Conduct communication and soft-skill training sessions for employees/students.
Train candidates in spoken English, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and presentation skills.
Develop interactive training activities, exercises, and learning materials.
Assess participants’ communication skills and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct group discussions, role plays, mock interviews, and public-speaking activities.
Track learners’ progress and prepare training reports.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust knowledge of English grammar and spoken English.
Valuable presentation and classroom management skills.
Confident, energetic, and engaging personality.
Previous experience as a Communication/Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
