Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and nurturing Prep Teacher to join our team at Mother’s Pride, Ashok Vihar. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of early childhood education and the ability to create an engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences for Prep students.
Develop children's foundational skills in language, numeracy, general awareness, and cognitive development.
Conduct engaging activities including storytelling, rhymes, music, art & craft, games, and experiential learning.
Foster children's social, emotional, and communication skills.
Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a positive learning workplace.




Provide individual attention and support based on each child's learning needs.
Observe and assess children's progress and maintain appropriate records.
Prepare worksheets, teaching aids, classroom activities, and displays.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, confidence, and independent thinking among students.
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children's progress and classroom activities.
Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, and other co-curricular activities.
Ensure the classroom environment is clean, protected, organised, and child-friendly.
Collaborate with the academic team and other teachers to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
