Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, leads, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain lead and customer details in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
Previous experience in sales or tele-sales preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
