Key Responsibilities:
Develop & implement training programs for restaurant employees
Conduct induction & onboarding programs for current joiners
Identify training needs through branch visits & performance reviews
Design training modules on service standards, guest handling, grooming, hygiene, food safety & leadership
Conduct training for Branch Heads, Managers, Captains, Stewards, Kitchen & Support Staff
Develop SOP-based training and ensure implementation across outlets
Prepare training calendars, assessments & training records
Conduct TNA and prepare monthly training plans
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback & on-the-job performance
Coach and develop internal trainers & branch-level training champions
Coordinate with Operations & People & Culture teams to improve performance and employee retention
Candidate Profile:
Solid communication & presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of hospitality/restaurant operations
Ability to conduct classroom & practical training
Positive knowledge of L&D;, TNA, PMS, competency mapping & training evaluation
Willingness to travel to branches
Energetic, approachable & passionate about developing people
Qualification – Preferred:
Hotel Management / HR / T&D; qualification with relevant hospitality experience.
