MBA or Graduation in Marketing / Finance preferred
Strong experience in sales, business development and branch operations
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the branch team to achieve business and revenue targets.
Drive customer acquisition, retention and business development.
Build solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
Identify market trends and opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Train, guide and motivate team members for better performance.
Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies.
Monitor operational risks and support fraud prevention.
Ensure proper gold appraisal and minimize melting losses.
Plan and implement local marketing activities to increase customer walk-ins and conversions.
Maintain branch accounts, documents, statutory records and physical assets.
Coordinate with internal teams, authorities and external agencies when required.
