ZORBA ESTATES is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with residential and commercial properties. We assist clients with property buying, selling, renting, and investment requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales team member to speak with clients, understand their property needs, and connect them with the appropriate team for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Contact clients and discuss their property requirements.
Understand preferred areas, budget, property type, and other needs.
Collect and maintain accurate client information.
Understand whether the requirement is for buying, selling, renting, or investment.
Share relevant information with the concerned team.
Follow up with clients and provide updates when required.




Coordinate with the property and sales teams.
Update lead information and communication details.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients.

Requirements
Any Degree.
0.6 – 3 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or similar roles.
Good verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.
Positive listening and follow-up ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Real estate experience is an added advantage.

Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Freshers with relevant communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
