RESTAURANT CAPTAIN

Location: Murinjapuzha, Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a well-experienced and skilled Restaurant Captain to join our team at our upcoming resort.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain / Senior F&B; Service qualified in a reputed hotel, resort or restaurant.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
Robust knowledge of food, menu items and restaurant service.
Ability to confidently explain dishes, take orders and recommend food to guests.
Excellent guest-handling skills with the ability to manage guest complaints, feedback and reviews professionally.
Well-disciplined, responsible and presentable.
Ability to lead and coordinate the restaurant service team effectively.
Strong knowledge of restaurant SOPs, service standards and hygiene.
Must be guest-focused, confident and hands-on.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
