We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and grow our international business, develop overseas customers, and drive export sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop current international customers across Middle East, Africa & Asia
Manage and grow existing international accounts
Drive business development, negotiations and order closures
Handle customer meetings, plant visits and international exhibitions
Review technical quotations, drawings and specifications
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Logistics & Accounts
Oversee export documentation, shipments and payment realisation




Build long-term relationships with international customers

What We’re Looking For:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
Proven experience in international customer acquisition & order conversion
Experience with international customer visits/exhibitions
Solid knowledge of export documentation, logistics & Incoterms
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Industry Experience:
Cement | Mining | Power | Steel | Wear Parts | Bulk Material Handling

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
