Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads and understand customer requirements.
Make outbound calls and generate interest in projects.
Explain project details, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead records.
Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Update daily activities and lead status in CRM/trackers.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales/Telecalling.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Solid follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
