About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources function in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to exit.
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Work with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Handle performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, perks, and employee-related documentation.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.




Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
Support manpower planning and organizational development.
Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
Positive understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
