We are hiring marketing team leader who will be reponsible for manages daily campaign execution, guides marketing staff, and aligns team output with company goals
Key responsibilities are
Lead, mentor, and train marketing specialists to maintain high performance and meet deadlines.
Campaign Execution: Supervise projects, track KPIs, and ensure brand consistency.
Budget Control: Manage and allocate approved marketing budgets effectively.
Cross-Functional Work: Coordinate closely with sales, product, and human resources departments.
Performance Tracking: Review employee performance and report campaign progress to upper management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
