About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in men's and/or women's fashion. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fashion, strong communication skills, a valuable personality, and the ability to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their style, requirements, and budget.
Demonstrate good knowledge of men's and women's fashion, fabrics, fits, and current trends.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain proper product display and presentation.
Manage stock and coordinate with the store team when required.




Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the sales floor.
Handle basic store-related responsibilities when required.

Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in fashion retail/sales.
Experience in men's and women's fashion will be preferred.
Good personality, well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
Customer-friendly attitude with a positive approach.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work as part of a team.
Must have their own vehicle (2-wheeler / 4- wheeler preferred).
Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
Willingness to travel locally for work when required.

Salary & Advantages
₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
