We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and well-presented Restaurant Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring a warm and pleasant dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and skilled attitude.
Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Maintain an updated waiting list during busy periods.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest queries and requests courteously.
Monitor table availability and coordinate table turnover.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant entrance and reception area.
Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
Handle guest feedback and complaints politely and escalate issues to the concerned supervisor when required.
Ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality at all times.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.




Ability to remain calm and professional during busy hours.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and table management.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
