Super Plastics is looking for a Quality Engineer for our rubber and plastic component manufacturing facility in Chandigarh.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming, in-process and final quality inspection
Monitor shop-floor quality and process parameters
Prepare and maintain PPAP, PFMEA and Control Plans
Handle customer complaints, 8D, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis
Monitor rejection and take corrective/preventive actions
Work with SPC, MSA and 7 QC Tools
Maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality records and documentation
Conduct/support internal, process and customer audits
Ensure proper use of measuring and inspection instruments
Coordinate with Production for continuous quality improvement

Requirements:
2–5 years of manufacturing quality experience




Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production or relevant field
Practical knowledge of PPAP and PFMEA is mandatory
Knowledge of APQP, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, SPC and MSA
Experience in rubber, plastics, automotive components, moulding, extrusion or similar manufacturing preferred
Hands-on shop-floor quality experience required

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Location: Industrial Area Phase II, Chandigarh
