Relationship Manager

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our premium gifting store. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and sales skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
Build robust customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Handle billing support and coordinate customer orders.
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfilment.
Ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in retail sales, luxury, lifestyle,



fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, electronics, or premium products.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales confidence may also apply.
Solid communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Smart, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
