Employment Type: Full-time. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Executive with a proven track record in the real estate industry to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will be responsible for driving residential/commercial sales for our premium, marquee high-rise development projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a robust network, and a passion for closing high-value property deals.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Actively follow up on inbound leads, conduct property presentations, and convert prospects into buyers.
Site Visits: Host and guide prospective clients through site visits, showcasing the unique features, amenities, and value proposition of our high-rise project.
Sales Closure: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms of sale to successfully close deals in alignment with company targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on real estate market trends, upcoming high-rise competitors, and pricing strategies in Ahmedabad.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with clients and property consultants/brokers to generate reference leads.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all leads, site visits, and sales pipelines in the CRM system and provide daily updates to the management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 5 years of core sales experience in the Real Estate industry (experience with high-rise residential or commercial projects is a robust advantage).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Languages: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is highly preferred to comfortably interact with local buyers.
Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate landscape and prime residential micro-markets.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler for local travel and client meetings.
