Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house service to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service and kitchen personnel. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive working workplace.
Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming experience for all patrons.
Financial Performance: Manage operational budgets, control labor and food costs, analyze revenue performance, and oversee daily cash handling procedures.
Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; manage vendor relationships and place reorders to minimize waste.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and liquor licensing regulations.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
