Dr. Maria’s Eye Clinic, a patient-focused ophthalmology clinic in Saligramam, Chennai, is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Optometrist to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments. Conduct visual acuity testing, refraction and prescription of spectacles/contact lenses as appropriate. Perform preliminary screening and assist in identifying common ocular conditions. Conduct relevant optometric investigations and diagnostic tests. Assist the ophthalmologist during patient evaluation and follow-up. Explain test results and basic eye-care instructions clearly and professionally to patients. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation. Provide a warm, skilled and patient-friendly experience.



Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.

Requirements: B.Optom / M.Optom or equivalent qualification. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Patient-friendly attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.

Location: Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full time Working Hours: 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
