ABOUT THE ROLE

Vridora Realty is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented candidates to join our growing sales team.

Freshers and candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, Telecalling, or Customer Service are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle incoming and outbound leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties to clients.
Schedule and conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations, and support deal closures.
Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
Coordinate with senior sales team members, developers, and internal teams.
Generate new leads through referrals, networking,



and business development activities.

REQUIREMENTS
Freshers or candidates with 6 months–2 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Confident and comfortable interacting with clients.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
Comfortable working 6 days a week from the Baner, Pune office.
