Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure production is carried out according to approved production plans, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance, production output, cycle time, and process efficiency.
Identify and resolve production-related issues, machine breakdowns, and process problems.
Improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce production costs.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor manpower utilization and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, tools, machines, and other production resources.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze production data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
Investigate rejection, rework, and process deviations and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Maintain proper production records, process documentation, and shift reports.
Train and guide operators and production staff on processes, safety, and quality requirements.




Support preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and applicable manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
Relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Positive knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and basic problem-solving techniques.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing specifications.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and Pareto analysis.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Knowledge of OEE, productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, and process optimization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
