We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator to build and strengthen our women’s wear brand presence across social media and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the complete content creation process — from developing ideas and writing scripts to shooting, editing, publishing, and analysing performance. You will play a key role in creating engaging fashion content that increases brand awareness, builds a robust online community, and ultimately drives online sales and customer conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
Create Reels, short-form videos, product videos, styling videos, photos, stories, and promotional content.
Write creative scripts, hooks, captions, CTAs, and content concepts.
Plan and execute regular content shoots featuring products, models, influencers, and the brand team.
Handle video shooting and editing to create polished, engaging, platform-friendly content.
Create content around:
Recent launches and collections
Product features and advantages




Styling tips and outfit ideas
Fashion trends
Behind-the-scenes content
Customer testimonials/reviews
Offers and promotional campaigns
Festive and seasonal campaigns
Educational and entertaining fashion content
Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, trending sounds, formats, hooks, and fashion trends.
Develop a consistent visual and communication style for the brand.
Prepare and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
Collaborate with photographers, models, influencers, designers, and the marketing/e-commerce team when required.
Write compelling captions and calls-to-action designed to encourage website visits, enquiries, and purchases.
Publish and schedule content across social media platforms.
Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, reach, website traffic, leads, and conversions.
Analyse what content performs best and continuously improve the content strategy.
Support influencer collaborations and create content for paid social media campaigns when required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
