We are hiring a Generative & Agentic AI Developer to build LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines and autonomous AI agents for real business use cases.

Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy LLM-based applications and AI agents with tool calling, memory and multi-step workflows.
Develop RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval and re-ranking.
Implement and optimize vector databases for quick, accurate search.
Evaluate and improve output quality, reduce hallucinations, and manage cost and latency.
Work with teams and stakeholders to turn requirements into production-ready solutions.

Required Skills
3+ years of development experience, including hands-on Generative AI / LLM work.
Robust Python skills.




Hands-on experience with RAG, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.) and prompt engineering.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Milvus, ChromaDB or FAISS.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
Experience with FastAPI, Docker and a cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Positive English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
