We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in EdTech sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, lead conversion, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into admissions/sales.
Counsel prospective students and understand their career and learning requirements.
Explain courses, programs, fees, and career prospects effectively.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
Build robust relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and enrollment.
Stay updated on courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales/business development.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Experience with CRM tools and lead management will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience in inside sales, educational counselling, or admission counselling are preferred.
