Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports
Manage budgets and improve ROI (ROAS, CPL, CPA)
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages




Collaborate with the creative and content team for ad creatives
Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus
Valuable communication and analytical skills
