QA Test Lead / Quality Assurance Manager (Healthcare & Workflow Platforms)
Experience: 7+ years of QA leadership experience in healthcare, regulated, or enterprise settings, with expertise in test strategy, quality governance, workflow-driven applications, APIs, cloud-native platforms, and AI/IDP solutions. ISTQB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Define and execute end-to-end test strategies covering functional, API, workflow, integration, AI/IDP, accessibility, performance, security, and recovery testing.
Drive requirements traceability, quality metrics, defect governance, release readiness assessments, and quality reporting.
Coordinate test environments, test data, automation efforts,
UAT activities, and production validation.
Validate workflow transitions, routing rules, business rules, audit trails, role-based access controls, HITL thresholds, and SLA compliance.
Ensure test coverage for complex healthcare scenarios, including document variations, poor-quality scans, handwritten content, and multi-prescription workflows.
Lead go-live quality sign-off, defect triage, warranty support, and post-production stabilization activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases.
