We are looking to hire an Operations Manager and would be glad to consider candidates who are recent graduates or who already have gained some experience in Hospitality Management.

The Operations Manager will run the day to day operations of our restaurant and banquet halls and will work closely with the owner and lead the kitchen and service teams.

We are quality focused restaurant serving Indian, Chinese and Continental cuisines. The restaurant operates year around and our banquet halls host events and functions when they are booked.

Key Responsibilities
Managing day to day restaurant and banquet hall operations
Supervising kitchen and service staff
Maintaining food quality, hygiene and service standards
Coordinating banquet bookings and events
Handling inventory, purchasing and vendor coordination




Ensuring a good guest experience and handling customer feedback

Eligibility
Degree or diploma in Hotel Management
Freshers with strong training are welcome; candidates with 2–3 years of hotel or restaurant experience will be preferred
Good communication in Hindi and English
Solid leadership and staff management skills
Basic computer skills (billing, Excel, WhatsApp/email)
