Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Greater Noida, Kasna

Industry: Frozen Vegetables

Salary Range: 18,000 - 25,000 + Fuel + Incentives

Experience: 2–5 Years in Frozen Vegetables Sales

Job Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage the Frozen Vegetables distributor network across Delhi.

· Generate business through distributors, HORECA, institutional customers, and bulk buyers.

· Appoint new distributors and strengthen existing distributor relationships.

· Identify and develop recent HORECA and bulk sales opportunities.

· Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

· Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities.

· Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, HORECA customers, and key accounts.

· Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales, collections, and market coverage.

· Share regular sales reports, market feedback,



and business development plans with management.

Candidate Requirements:

· Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Frozen Vegetables/Frozen Food Sales.

· Strong experience in Distributor Sales, HORECA Sales, and Bulk Sales.

· Valuable knowledge of the Delhi market and existing customer/distributor network.

· Solid product knowledge of Frozen Vegetables such as Green Peas, Sweet Corn, Carrot, Beans, Broccoli, Spinach, etc.

· Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Candidate should be target-oriented and willing to travel extensively within the territory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
