Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
Coordinate and monitor workers, labour contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Check measurements, levels, dimensions, and workmanship at site.
Monitor the quality and proper usage of construction materials.
Coordinate with engineers, draughtsmen, project managers, and site teams.
Prepare and report daily work progress and site requirements.
Identify site issues and report them to the concerned engineer/project manager.
Monitor labour productivity and ensure proper utilization of manpower.
Check materials required for ongoing works and communicate requirements in advance.
Ensure proper housekeeping and basic site safety practices.
Maintain basic site records, measurements, and work-related documentation.
Follow project schedules and help ensure work is completed on time.




ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction preferred.
Experience in residential or commercial construction will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site activities.
Ability to read and understand basic civil/architectural drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage workers and subcontractors at site.
Willingness to work at different project locations in and around Kochi.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
