Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals and social platforms.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain candidate records and follow-ups.
Build and maintain robust candidate relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
Good English communication skills.
Comfortable working in the US shift.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
