We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our 2-wheeler service department. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of motorcycle mechanics, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a busy workshop. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality and efficiency.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 2-wheeler workshop.
Proven experience in managing a team of technicians and mechanics.

In-depth knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and repair procedures.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in workshop management software and tools.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
