About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Intern who can handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and coordinate inspection schedules with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for lead conversions (No Cold Calling)
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other chat platforms
Explain HousyPoint services to prospective clients
Generate and share quotations based on customer requirements
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Schedule inspections and coordinate with the operations team
Maintain customer records and update lead status in the CRM system
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers
Assist in sales and marketing campaigns to generate current business opportunities
Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
