Coordinate and follow up on tasks assigned by senior management.
Maintain a daily task tracker and monitor pending activities.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and schedules of management.
Prepare meeting agendas and record significant action points.
Follow up with concerned employees/departments for task completion.
Ensure timely implementation of management instructions.
Escalate delays, pending tasks and critical issues to management.
Coordinate between departments for smooth execution of activities.
Prepare daily/weekly status and pending-task reports.
Maintain confidentiality of management information and documents.
Support management in special projects and administrative activities.
Ensure proper closure and documentation of assigned tasks.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
