CIVIL SITE ENGINEER – HOTEL PROJECT

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer for an upcoming hotel construction project in Jaipur. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building construction and site execution, with a good understanding of hotel projects, drawings, construction materials and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

Read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.

Understand hotel layouts, room plans and other project drawings.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects and other site teams.

Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines.

Ensure proper quality of construction and workmanship.

Check and manage construction materials as per project requirements.

Should have positive knowledge of civil construction materials, products and their applications.

Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and other civil works.

Take measurements and verify work quantities as required.

Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.





Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.

Maintain daily site progress and relevant reports/documentation.

Ensure work is carried out as per safety and quality standards.

Requirements:-

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.

Solid experience in building/construction projects.

Hotel/hospitality project experience will be highly preferred.

Valuable understanding of civil drawings, layouts and specifications.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, products and their usage.

Hands-on experience in site execution and contractor coordination.

Valuable knowledge of construction quality standards and practices.

Robust problem-solving and site management skills.

Ability to independently handle site activities and coordinate multiple teams.

B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

Ideal Profile:-

A hands-on Civil Engineer who can understand the drawings, identify the right materials/products, supervise execution on-site and ensure the hotel project is completed with proper quality, accuracy and timelines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
