Job Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing daily sales activities, coordinating with internal teams and customers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities :

● Coordinate with the sales team, customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

● Follow up with sales executives regarding leads, orders, payments, and pending activities. ● Maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, customer details, and related documents.

● Coordinate with accounts, operations, and other departments for smooth order processing and delivery.

● Track sales targets, achievements, and team performance.





● Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

● Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.

● Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments whenever required.

● Maintain proper documentation and update CRM/Excel records regularly.

● Monitor pending orders, payments, and other sales-related follow-ups.

● Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

● Perform other sales coordination activities assigned by management.

Required Skills :

● Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

● Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.

● Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

● Ability to prepare and maintain reports accurately.

● Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
