Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and recent clients.
Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order follow-ups.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.
Coordinate with technical, production, service, and management teams.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and recent business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and track sales performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Educational Qualification:
B TECH & MBA
B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related engineering field.
MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Management preferred.
Experience in industrial machinery, CNC machines, laser cutting machines, or manufacturing equipment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
