Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused F&B; Service Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel/resort standards.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
Ensure proper handling and care of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
Explain menu items and assist guests with their food and beverage selections.
Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B; team for timely order service.
Handle guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow food safety, hygiene,



and service standards.
Assist with buffet setup, banquets, events, and special functions when required.
Maintain proper grooming and qualified appearance.
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
Follow all hotel/resort SOPs and safety procedures.

Requirements:
Previous experience in F&B; Service is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management is an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Good team player with a willingness to learn.
