Job Summary:
Responsible for overall management of solar project sites, ensuring timely execution, quality, safety, manpower coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise overall solar site activities from installation to commissioning.
Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress against timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, technicians, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources effectively.
Ensure installation and electrical works comply with approved designs and quality standards.
Monitor testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve operational issues.
Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, material records, and site documentation.
Coordinate with management and provide regular updates on project status.
Ensure timely completion of projects within approved quality and cost parameters.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
